		<description>I thought it was a fake when i first sighted it, but further research proved that they were actually made for a short while.

It seems like they were mainly used for novelty effects although they did appear a little in jazz. There&#039;s some good further reading here:

Seems like the bottom line is that they were excruciatingly difficult to play.</description>
